We currently ship to the destinations enabled in our Shopify shipping settings: Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the United States.
Current shipping methods
For enabled European destinations, Standard shipping is €12 on orders up to €44.99, Free Shipping is available on orders of €45 or more, and Express shipping is €15.
For the United States, Standard shipping is €13 and Express shipping is €15.
The exact shipping methods and charges available for your delivery address are shown at checkout before payment.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing varies by destination, product availability, fulfilment route, carrier operations and customs processing. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout or provided with tracking should be treated as an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.
Customs, duties and import taxes
For international orders, VAT, customs duties, import taxes or carrier handling charges may apply depending on the destination and shipping arrangement. Any charges collected by LuxFyre are shown during checkout. Charges not collected by LuxFyre may be payable to the relevant authority or carrier where applicable.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available for your shipment, we send or provide the tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take time to begin updating after a number is issued.
Wrong address, failed delivery or missing parcel
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you have a delivery issue, contact hello@luxfyre.com with your order number and tracking information.
Damaged in transit
If anything arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and email hello@luxfyre.com so we can review the issue.
