You have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return, subject to our formal Refund Policy and any mandatory statutory rights that apply to you.
How to start a return
- Email hello@luxfyre.com with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- Wait for us to review the request and provide return instructions.
- Do not send an item to an address found elsewhere on the internet; use only the return instructions provided for your approved request.
Condition of returned items
For our voluntary return policy, items should normally be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase, subject to the exclusions and statutory rights stated in the formal Refund Policy.
Damaged, defective or incorrect item
If something is defective, damaged or not what you ordered, photograph the item and packaging and contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve the issue.
EU consumer rights
For qualifying distance purchases, EU consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions. EU rules also generally provide a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not conform to the description, and national law may provide additional protection. These statutory rights are separate from our voluntary 30-day return policy and remain unaffected.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method according to the formal Refund Policy and applicable law.
