How to use
Apply a facial oil or balm first — resin needs slip just as stone does.
Board: long strokes, upward and outward, staying on muscle rather than bone.
Stick: short, slow passes on one tight spot at a time. Stop if it feels sharp.
A few minutes is enough. Redness that fades quickly is normal; bruising is not — ease off.
Care
Warm water and mild soap, dried fully. Keep resin away from radiators, hot cars and direct sun — it can warp.
